A serene escape from chaos
Riad Kaiss offers a beautifully decorated, tranquil haven amidst the bustling Medina. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birds, enjoying breakfast in the lush courtyard, and the attentive staff made our stay unforgettable. The hammam experience was divine, adding a touch of luxury we didn’t expect.
While overall an excellent stay, our room felt slightly cozy with limited space, making it a bit snug for maneuvering. occasional noise from the courtyard could be heard during the livelier evenings.

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
My stay was absolutely magical! The architecture of this riad is incredibly beautiful, with luxurious details like rose petals sprinkled on the perfectly cleaned beds. The rooftop terrace was a perfect sunbathing spot, while the Moroccan breakfast was a feast filled with homemade specialties. The staff, especially Oulaya and Nejoua, catered to our every need, making us feel right at home!

The location was perfect, just a few minutes from major attractions and easy to catch a taxi nearby. The Moroccan decor in the rooms created a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the breakfast served in the courtyard was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options.
I encountered a bit of confusion during the airport pickup, which took longer than expected.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff at Kaiss. Every detail was meticulously managed, from the personalized welcome with a local phone for easy navigation to the consistently excellent breakfast that featured fresh bread and Moroccan soup. The prime location allowed easy access to popular sights such as the Bahia Palace and Jemaa el-Fnaa square, while the beautiful decor throughout the property created a serene atmosphere.
The only drawback was the noise level in the courtyard, which could be noticeable at times.

We stayed in the Superior Room, which was spacious and adorned with stunning Moroccan decor. It felt cozy and chilled, and the cleaning was spot-on every day. My only gripe was the cramped bathroom that could’ve used better storage. the room was a relaxing retreat after exploring Marrakesh.

Beautiful oasis with great vibes
Had the best time here! The decor was so on point and felt super cozy. Loved the fresh fruit waiting in our room daily. Staff were super chill and always ready to help. A tiny bummer was the small pool—could get crowded. The rooftop dining area was a highlight, perfect for enjoying breakfast!

Perfect hideaway in Marrakesh!
We had the best time! The service was super personal and they even packed us a lunch for our trip! Plus, the outdoor dining area was perfect for breakfast while listening to the birds. Only thing was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty in our room but didn't ruin our stay.

What a fantastic stay! The kids loved exploring the beautiful courtyard and the stunning rooftop views of Marrakech. We appreciated the thoughtful packed lunch when our departure got delayed, such a nice touch. The breakfast was fit for a family of 9!
My kids wished there was a larger pool area.
